Our team members have excelled as teachers, pastors, educational managers, administrators, social developers, counsellors, industrial psychologists, software developers, and engineers.     Dr Mrs Shine Agatha Ofori

    Founder and CEO

    Dr. Mrs. Shine Agatha Ofori, a teacher and educational administrator, taught and managed schools within the Ghana Education Service for 35 years. She is the Founder & CEO of Rescue and Care Counselling, providing academic support, leadership coaching, and counselling for youth and marginalized women, believing in empowering lives for a better society.

    Rev. Dr. Setorwu Kwadzo Ofori

    Co-Founder and Treasurer

    Rev. Dr. Setorwu Kwadzo Ofori, a pastor since 1986, has served as a congregational and district pastor, school chaplain, and Moderator of the Global Evangelical Church. Passionate about pastoral care, teaching, and leadership, he co-founded Rescue and Care Counselling to empower people to use their gifts to serve God and humanity.

    Mrs. Esenam Ofori Agbeviade

    Secretary

    Mrs. Esenam Ofori Agbeviade, a Board Member at RCC, holds degrees in Psychology and Industrial Psychology with banking experience. Passionate about helping others, she applies her expertise to drive strategic growth. An educator and children’s ministry worker, she is committed to fostering compassion and making a lasting impact.

    Mrs. Sefakor Ama Amen Akortsu

    Board Member

    Mrs. Sefakor Ama Amen Akortsu, a Client Service Executive in banking, is a development advocate with experience in child education and development. Holding a B.A. in Integrated Development Studies, she is passionate about empowering youth to overcome challenges and pursue their dreams, believing that determination leads to achievement.

    Victor Seewoe Ofori

    Board Member

    Victor Seewoe Ofori, a Software Engineering graduate, applies his IT expertise to his role as Secretary and Board Member at Rescue and Care Counselling (RCC). A game developer and musician, he plays piano and drums. Passionate about the ministry of helps, he is committed to supporting people and RCC’s success.
